Because of the LVL Beams that are supporting the rafters, you get up to a 24'x24' span of open space! You don't have to worry about a bothersome support in the center of your building. We also put 'Ice and Water and Snow Guard' beneath a layer of LifeTime Warranty Architectural Shingles on the roof.
Single Car Garages
All our Single Car Garages come standard with reinforced floor (Joists 8" O.C.) and 5/8" Plywood Flooring. They also include: 36" Single Door, 2, 30x36 V.S. Windows, 2 Gable Vents, and Lifetime Architectural Shingles. Fully customizable to your specs.
